We offer Mini Hereford, Mini Black Angus and Mini Hereford/Angus Cross cattle raised right here on our ranch in Santa Paula.

How Purchasing Works
When you purchase from Shaffer Acres, you are buying a live animal (or share of an animal) directly from our ranch.

As a courtesy, we can deliver your animal to the local butcher of your choice

Processing fees are paid directly to the butcher and are not included in the cattle purchase price.
All beef is processed for the personal use of the animal’s owner.
